Refund Policy
- FX24 Broker is committed to providing complete satisfaction to its customers and manages the refund and cancellation process transparently. Customers can withdraw their funds from their trading accounts at any time. After the customer submits a redemption request through the client area, FX24 Broker strives to process it within one to two business days. To expedite this process, customers are advised to ensure that the redemption form details, including the invoice, order number, and reason for the refund request, are accurate and fully completed.
- FX24 Broker must first confirm that the sender of the request is a registered customer. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refund the net amount received using the same method by which it was received.
- FX24 Broker will only refund the amount to the person whose name appears on the registered account. If the provided name is different, the customer must contact FX24 Broker’s compliance department to obtain approval. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Mistakes made by FX24 Broker during the transfer of funds to the customer will be refunded. However, this does not apply if the customer provided incorrect instructions or information to FX24 Broker, in which case the customer may bear the loss.
- FX24 Broker is not responsible for any fees charged by other payment service providers or intermediaries. For more information about fees/changes, please contact FX24 Broker’s customer service.
Refund Requests
- In the case of a refund request, customers are required to pay any associated refund or reversal fees.
Cancellation
- FX24 Broker follows a flexible cancellation process and reviews valid cancellation requests while providing full cooperation to customers.
- Customers can request to cancel their accounts at any time. To improve its services, FX24 Broker may ask for a valid reason for the cancellation. FX24 Broker may not process cancellation requests if the customer has an account balance or any open positions.
- Customers must redeem their funds and close all open positions before requesting account cancellation.
