All text messages sent by FX24 Broker are with FX24 ID, if you receive text messages with other numbers, inform the support and do not use the received code.
All emails containing the second login password are sent to you from the email address info@fx24broker.com If you receive an email with the second password from any other email addresses, please notify support and do not use the received code.
Support calls to you will only be made from the following phone numbers. If you receive a call from any other numbers, please notify support.

FX24 support representatives will not ask for your login information on social media, through tickets, or on the internal website support.
It is the user’s responsibility to keep security information (password, Google Authenticator, one-time login code sent via SMS or email from FX24) confidential.
The user undertakes to protect her account by refraining from disclosing any security information, including passwords, login codes, and two-step authentication codes to third parties.
It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the security of the email and SIM card, and the use of the user account of the account owner by other people is prohibited.
To protect your account from unauthorized access, the FX24 support team may contact you via voice or video call. However, we will never ask for the following sensitive information:
- Your account password
- Two-factor authentication codes (authenticator code, SMS code and email code)
- Your login password
It is crucial that you keep this information confidential and do not share it with anyone, including our support team. Any security breaches resulting from disclosing this information will be your responsibility.
The account owner is responsible for all transactions made in the user account.
FX24 reserves the right to immediately block a user’s account if any actions are detected that violate laws and regulations.
The account must only be used by the account holder, and use of the account by others is prohibited.
FX24 is obligated to protect users’ personal information and commits not to misuse their documents.
